Structured Digital Asset Surveys for Complete Lifecycle Visibility
- Conduct an on site survey using our own digital software – includes photo of assets
- Identify all possible assets and classify them as per the standardised KAM Categories. All assets will also be coded to the appropriate SFG20 Code where applicable
- ·Perform thorough and robust site surveys at all buildings in scope and gather information on all relevant equipment and systems.
- ·Provide a professional asset survey service, including assessing condition and life cycle, to ensure that the critical mass of assets is captured in all areas.
Accurate Asset Registers to Support Maintenance and Future Planning
- Provide a comprehensive and accurate asset register and associated information that can support maintenance activities and future planning.
- ·Ensure that all asset documents provided to the account team will meet the requirements of the associated FMS System, enabling the data to be uploaded in a timely manner.
- ·Provide the data necessary to produce effective and efficient maintenance plans, thereby ensuring minimal business disruption for the client.
Data Integrity & Industry-Aligned Asset Intelligence
- In house quality control – with 20 years experience before data is reported on
- Using industry standard data sets such as, SFG20, SPONs & CIBSE Guide: M
- Ability to apply sector or building specific criticality adjustments based on client inputs
- Ongoing & continuous updating of our collection process to align with the most recent industry requirements, and releases
- The ability to undertake SPOF reporting and BFM Strategies at the clients request
