With a background in multi-skilled construction and a strong understanding of asset verification and condition assessments, he brings technical precision and hands-on expertise to every project.

Nathan has worked across a wide portfolio including commercial offices, universities, healthcare facilities, and government estates. His recent projects include undertaking surveys for well-respected clients such as Vinci, BAM FM, Dalkia, UKAEA, and Costa Coffee, where he has delivered comprehensive asset collections aligned with SFG20, CIBSE Guide M, and SPONs-based lifecycle costing standards.

Prior to his surveying career, Nathan spent several years in general building and garden maintenance, overseeing high-end installations on residential and holiday park developments. His experience in carpentry, project management, and health & safety gives him a unique, practical insight into both the survey and construction sides of property management.

Nathan is certified in F-Gas handling, Oxy brazing, and essential electrics, and holds enhanced DBS clearance. His approach is detail-oriented, reliable, and client-focused, making him a trusted professional across diverse asset types and operational environments.
