Aaron is a highly experienced M&E and Building Fabric Surveyor with a strong technical background and hands-on expertise in asset verification, condition reporting, and lifecycle costing. With a focus on government and education sector buildings, Aaron delivers high-quality M&E surveys aligned with SFG20 and NRM3 standards, using tools such as Mobiess to produce comprehensive FMRs and support asset lifecycle planning.

His recent projects include surveys for the Department for Education (PFI handbacks), Hackney Council, the Natural History Museum, and NHS facilities through the Practice Plus Group. Aaron is skilled in applying SPONs replacement costings and ensuring data integrity across all asset capture platforms.

With a foundation in mechanical engineering and early career experience in nuclear and pharmaceutical environments, Aaron also brings international construction leadership experience from major Tier 1 contractors in Australia. He holds ONC and HNC qualifications in Mechanical Production Engineering and maintains a proactive, detail-oriented approach to every project.
