As Managing Director, he specialises in delivering tailored M&E and fabric asset surveys, lifecycle costing, and CAFM implementation for large-scale projects across the UK.

With a background that includes working in industry leading organisations such as Mitie, ISS, and SSE, James brings a strong blend of commercial insight and technical expertise. He has led ISO 55001-compliant programmes, overseen complex data integration into platforms like MAXIMO, Tririga, Concept and Planon, and managed end-to-end project delivery for clients in retail, corporate, and energy sectors.

James holds a BA in Business Management, along with technical qualifications and safety certifications including NEBOSH, IOSH, and being a ISO 55001 Internal Auditor. He is committed to excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in facilities and asset management.
